Ameet has 23+ years of experience and brings in a unique mix of experience of deep technology background along with passion for Behavioral Sciences.

He did his engineering in Electronics & Communication and started his career as an R&D Engineer in semiconductor design. After working many years in R&D, he followed his calling and moved to the field of Applied Behavioral Sciences and Organisation & Leadership Development.

Ameet is a Professional Member ISABS (Indian Society of Applied Behavioral Science), Certified Organisation Development consultant from ISABS a T-Group Facilitator,  a Coach, and is certified for MBTI and Entrepreneurial/Achievement  Motivation program.

His area of work include Organisation transformation, Change management, Culture building, Employee Engagement, Leadership development and Coaching.

Sanjay successfully built teams and businesses at organizations like Infosys, AT Kearney, Accenture and P&G for over 15 years. He has been a Business Consultant, Account Manager, Ops. Manager and a Profit CenterHead in his corporate stint .

Since 2006, Sanjay has found expression of his purpose in the areas of Executive Coaching, Team Building, Visioning Exercises, Leadership Development and Personal Growth Labs. He is a Professional member of Indian Society for Behavioral Science(ISABS) and certified in Hogan Six Seconds EQmodel.

His corporate work has been at Diageo, EkstepFoundation, eGovernmentFoundation, BajahFinance, Pepsico, EMC, Asian Paints, 3G, Colgate Palmolive and many others. He has partnered social enterprises in the area of education, empowerment and livelihood. Some of these are GraminShikhsaKendra, NavnirmanSamajVikasKendra and Fairtrade UK. Besides his work, his creativity also finds public expression in poetry, singing and Playback Theatre

 

Payal specialises in Family Business Consulting, and Change Management. She is a Professional Member of Indian Society of Applied Behavioral Science (ISABS), a Certified Organisation Development consultant from ISABS,  AcademicCouncil Member – ODCP (ISABS)

Payal hold the position of Chairperson Maharashtra – IEF  & Faculty for Family Business Course – SP Jain, NMIMS.

She is a Certified Organisational Culture Assessment, Cultural Transformation Consultant from Barrett Values Center; Gestalt OD – Gestalt Practitioner;  Certified NLP Practitioner and Coach – ANLP; Nonviolent CommunicationPractitioner; Entrepreneur Development Certificate – ISB; MBA – Human Resources,  MA English Literature

 

 

 

Gunjan is an OD consultant with 20+ years of experience. She is a practicing psychotherapist (Transactional Analysis).

Gunjan has been on staff of Group Relations Conference.

She is also a certified FIRO B administrator and has done certification programs in neuro linguistic programming (NLP) and Appreciative Enquiry (AI) .

 

 

 

Deepak is a Agile transformations Coach. Has worked with large organisations like Nokia to mid sized companies like TarentoTechnologies and start ups. He is an engineering graduate and a Masters in Psychotherapy. He is also a practicing psychotherapist (CTA).
